Our Faculty

Each class at the Hitchcock Weekday School is staffed by a Lead Teacher as well as an Assistant Teacher. The faculty is comprised of seasoned early childhood educators. All Lead teachers have attained Masters Credentials in either Early Childhood Education or related fields and meet state requirements. All staff members are required to complete thirty hours of continuing education every two years, including First Aid and CPR training.

The student-teacher ratio is 7:1 for 5-day a week programs. There is a 6:1 ratio in our 3-day three’s program.

The teachers and the Directors are readily available to parents to discuss any concerns or issues they may have during the school year. There are two formal parent-teacher conferences annually.
