Registration & Fees

Enrollment for the next school year begins in early November. Currently enrolled students and siblings, as well as Hitchcock Presbyterian Church members, receive priority during the first week of registration and open enrollment begins two weeks after. Interested parents are encouraged to email or call the school to set up a tour.  

As of March 2024, we have a few spots left in the following programs for the 2024-25 year:

4’s - 5-day

Tuition Schedule

Registration Fee:

  • Students in the toddler program pay a $100 non-refundable registration fee.

  • New students in the 2’s, 3’s or 4’s pay a $550 non-refundable registration fee to secure their spot.

  • Returning students pay a $450 non-refundable registration fee.

Parent Association Activity Fee:

  • $50 Parent Association activity fee per child.

Tuition for the 2024-2025 school year is as follows:

Toddler Program

  • 3 Day (M/W/F): $4,670

2’s Program

  • 2 Day (T/Th): $3,670

  • 3 Day (M/W/F): $4,810

  • 5 Day (M-F): $6,190

3’s Program

  • 3 Day (M/W/F): $4,810

Scholarship

The Hitchcock School Scholarship Fund

The Hitchcock School is pleased to offer financial aid to families in need through The Hitchcock School Scholarship Fund. The Hitchcock School Board considers each application on a case-by-case basis. The scholarship amount awarded is based on need, up to 25% of tuition fees.

Households with an annual income of $125,000 or less are encouraged to apply; however special consideration will also be given to any household that demonstrates hardship.

Applications for financial aid should be submitted to the school office no later than January 19, 2024 and recipients will be notified by March 1, 2024. Good faith applicants who find they cannot attend the school after receiving notification of their award are eligible for a refund of their application deposit. 

Please include the following information:

 ●      Scholarship application form

●      Copies of 4 current pay stubs for all working family members

●      Copy of current year form 1040 U.S. Income Tax Return

●      Documentation of all other household income
